Shipping methods

Our products will arrive at your home thanks to international express couriers, properly packaged and covered by insurance. In the event of breakage or tampering with the package, collection of the goods must be refused. The replacement and return of the product will be borne by Portofino Industrie Alimentari Srl. Shipping costs vary according to the destination area and the quantity of goods. The amount of the shipment is calculated automatically when, by entering your data, you select the destination area.

We remind you that the minimum order for goods is 30 Euros and shipping is free* in Italy for orders over 90 Euros, in Europe for orders over 150 Euros.

Delivery times for standard orders

• Italy: 3-6 working days
• Europe: within 7-10 working days

Orders will be processed while stocks last, in which case the full amount paid will be refunded. For countries not included in the list of countries, info@portofinofinefood.it
